Welcome! My name is Caroline, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the heart and soul behind Eight Legs.
Life is a journey of highs and lows, and through my experiences, I aim to guide you toward deeper comfort and connection with your body, mind, and spirit - both on and off the yoga mat.
As a former competitive figure skater, balance and grace have always been central to my life. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of my yoga practice which compliments the mental and physical challenges I navigated growing up. Yoga has become more than a practice - it’s a way of grounding myself and recreating that balance amidst life’s demands.
My mission is to share this knowledge and empower you to align with your unique path—helping you achieve goals that resonate with your soul and aspirations.
