Finding the right mantra for you.
The most effective mantra is one that feels neutral or supportive, not dramatic.
It can be:
A single word (steady, here, soften)
A short phrase (I am allowed to pause)
A traditional mantra (used for sound, not translation)
If it feels calming or grounding when repeated, it’s doing its job.
Natural places to repeat a mantra:
First moments after waking
Walking or commuting
Before speaking or responding
During moments of stress
Before sleep
Integration happens through frequency, not length
